Supporter Pack purchases
The Supporter Pack is a one-time purchase that unlocks Midnight, Lagoon and Orchid themes, a supporter badge and a profile frame. Core gameplay and the Classic and High contrast themes remain free.
Sign in to the same Revoku account on each device, open Supporter Pack and choose Restore / check purchases. On Android, also use the Google Play account that made the purchase. A pending payment unlocks the pack only after confirmation.
If checkout finished but your pack is missing, check your connection and the Revoku account shown in the shop before trying again. Do not purchase a second time to restore your pack.
Refunds
For purchases made through Apple or Google Play, request help through that store's purchase history. For a web purchase, contact us with the receipt reference and your Revoku account email. Never send passwords or full card details. Refunded or reversed purchases no longer unlock the pack.
Account deletion
On web or Android, open Supporter Pack and account management, sign in, then choose Delete account. On iOS, use Account Settings. Confirming deletion removes the shared account and its purchased pack access across all platforms. A new account cannot automatically restore the old account's purchases.
